System Requirements and Recommendations
Because Elsinore’s products are based on the IssueNet platform they share a common set of system requirements. Below are the system requirements for products and solutions based on the IssueNet Platform.

General Requirements
The IssueNet platform and client components require the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. If the framework is not present, IssueNet installers and IssueNet Central ClickOnce deployment will attempt to download and install it. The framework can also be obtained from other sources such as the Windows Update web site.

IssueNet Platform Requirements
An IssueNet server installation requires Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000, or Windows XP Professional. In order to host IssueNet web services and web applications the server must be running IIS 5.0 or greater. Microsoft Message Queuing must be installed for notification processing.

For production environments Elsinore recommends Windows Server 2000 or 2003.

The minimum hardware requirements for an IssueNet Platform installation are: a Pentium class processor of 800 Mhz or greater, 512 MB of RAM, and approximately 100MB of disk space.

IssueNet Manager Application Requirements
IssueNet client applications require any Windows operating system which will support the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.

The minimum hardware requirements for an IssueNet client installation are: a Pentium class processor of 800 Mhz or greater, 128 MB of RAM, and approximately 40 MB of disk space.

"Intercept has helped our organization implement a better development process and improve our own internal standards. The system allows us to see the status of our ongoing projects at a glance, including the state of enhancements, requirements, and defects, all in a central location. The task management system helps us drive the development process through to release and allows us to better manage risk along the way."
