As a complete issue management system for distributed and extended software development teams IssueNet offers distinct product modules for distinct user types and working environments. Because it is based on the Elsinore IssueNet Platform, IssueNet also includes several supporting IssueNet modules for system administration and configuration.

IssueNet Manager

For team members, IssueNet Manager provides a complete environment for managing defects, requirements, requests and other issues through all phases of a software project. IssueNet provides its users with full reporting capabilities and the ability to transition items through a workflow process.

IssueNet Insight

IssueNet Insight provides a dashboard for users to view the system at a high level.

IssueNet Relay

For end users, beta testers, customers, partners, and other business users, IssueNet Relay provides a simple and cost effective way to submit and follow up on issues of interest. More than a fire and forget issue submission tool, Relay provides features such as notification, document attachment, and issue sign-off, which allow it to replace ineffective tools such as e-mail and spreadsheets.

IssueNet Workspace

For team members, IssueNet Workspace provides access to the most crucial issue and task information from within each working environment. Workspace is also designed to leverage features specific to each environment. Workspace allows developers to access issues and tasks from within Visual Studio with a prompt to associate Source code with software development tasks. For team members issues and tasks of interest can be accessed from Outlook, and Outlook mail items and their attachments can be converted to issues.

IssueNet Administrator

The Administrator is designed for the configuration of users, groups, workflows, and reports of a solution over the web.

IssueNet Architect

The Architect is designed for the configuration of existing and the creation of new IssueNet solutions. Using the Architect you can customize the forms and data for an existing solution and create new solutions of your own.

IssueNet Service Manager

The Service Manager is designed to for the creation, design, and maintenance of notification templates and escalation rules.
