The Elsinore Story

Founded in 1995 to address software developers’ needs to solve problems in a structured way, Elsinore Technologies is now synonymous with enterprise issue management. Our mission is to deliver enterprise-class issue management solutions that come from using our products’ out-of-the-box capabilities or using our products’ vast customization abilities. And we have done just that! Elsinore Technologies’ fully-proven, award-winning software solutions have satisfied more than 2,500 customers in multiple countries.

Filling a Niche

Elsinore got its start by building and marketing a bug tracking system tailored to the needs of Windows developers. The first version of Visual Intercept, a suite of bug tracking tools for defect management, was introduced in 1996.

Responding to Customers Needs

Over the next few years, Elsinore continued to build best-in-class defect tracking and related incident management tools, launching several new Visual Intercept solutions, including Visual Intercept Studio, Visual Intercept Enterprise and Visual Intercept Project.

Moving into the new millennium, Elsinore recognized that many of our customers were gravitating towards full-scale, global issue management solutions to address such needs as compliance, etc. These solutions required enterprise-level scalability, integration and management.

Evolving into Enterprise Issue Management

To support the customer need for enterprise issue management, Elsinore built the IssueNet Platform in 2006. IssueNet enables organizations to rapidly deploy a variety of enterprise class issue management solutions on a single web service platform.
