Use Visual Intercept To Manage Your ISO 9001 Quality Initiative

Many companies are looking for ways to manage their ISO 9001 quality initiatives; however, most of the ISO 9001-specific solutions on the market address procedural issues, like printing forms, rather than managing the process itself and providing a framework within which to take corrective action. That's where Visual Intercept can help.

Building on an ISO 9001 implementation of Visual Intercept at wireless system provider TECORE Inc., Elsinore is currently developing Visual Intercept ISO 9001. This solution-specific platform for managing ISO 9001 quality initiatives will build out Visual Intercept Enterprise project hierarchies to support the standards of the ISO 9001 specification and will incorporate Web Relay, a unique and cost-effective means of providing access to Visual Intercept across the extended enterprise.

Tech Tip: Visual Intercept's New Status Promotion Editor

Visual Intercept Web 3.1, part of the new service release, includes a new status promotion editor that greatly improves your ability to configure workflow for particular security groups as well as transitions between groups. The key difference between this and previous editors is that the new editor graphically displays all promotions for all groups.

As a result, this new promotion editor allows you to define and edit your promotion rules much more quickly, and visualize how the incident lifecycle is configured for the entire organization.
