Elsinore Technologies is seeking a business process analyst to design and implement vertical solutions using the Elsinore IssueNet software platform. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer and industry requirements, designing solutions based on those requirements, and implementing solutions using the IssueNet platform.

The analyst will work closely with Elsinore customers, sales staff, and development team members to complete custom solutions for specific customers as well as packaged solutions that will be incorporated into the platform. The analyst will also be responsible for initial technical implementation of the solutions in customer environments, i.e., installing and configuring the platform and solutions for Elsinore’s customers once they are ready for implementation, including converting existing information as required.

The analyst will work out of the Elsinore home office, and tools will be made available for working with customers remotely. However, some travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Exceptional writing ability and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience installing and configuring software applications on the Windows platform
• Experience working independently and directly with customers
• Proven ability to work within a project schedule and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel to customer sites as necessary
• A strong interest in software technologies and product development

Desired Attributes:

• Experience working in environments subject to regulatory standards such as Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, SAS 70, ITIL, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9000.
• Familiarity with web servers and standard internet technologies
• Experience teaching or training
• Experience supporting software applications
• Experience working with customers through extended engagements
