Ray Allen
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer " Founding Member
CEO Ray Allen has more than 30 years of experience in the software development industry. He has co-founded and launched six software development companies, including Cii Associates, Inc., and FAS Inc., and he has a broad range of experience in marketing and in the software enterprise industry. In 1995, Ray launched Elsinore Technologies with co-founder and CTO Mark Uland.
Ray is a member of the Board of Directors for Touch Scientific, Canopy Systems and American Age, and he is on Bank of America's local advisory board. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Elsinore.
An active public speaker, Ray donates much of his time and expertise to symposiums, various professional groups and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He also supports numerous area charitable organizations.

Mark Uland
Chief Technology Officer " Founding Member
CTO Mark Uland brings more than 10 years of entrepreneurial software experience to Elsinore, having created successful shrink-wrap software companies and consulting firms targeting a variety of markets. Mark co-founded Elsinore with CEO Ray Allen in 1995 and created the Visual Intercept product suite, winner of the People's Choice Award in Visual Basic Magazine in 2000 and 2001.
Before forming Elsinore, Mark was a co-founder and lead developer for Virtus Corporation, a leading provider of interactive 3D desktop software. He co-authored several of its flagship products and in 1990 won the MacWorld Breakthrough Product of the Year Award. After Virtus, Mark launched Idyllic Software, Inc., a boutique development shop with accounts in a variety of environments, from large utility companies to start-up software firms.
Mark is a founding member of the Association for Competitive Technology, an organization that works to preserve the right of technology companies to freely innovate without excessive government interference. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.
