What our customers are saying...

"We thought the product fit our needs better than any other product we looked at (and we've tested 50+ solutions, yes 50!). With the vast amount of software vendors who shrink-wrap "shelf ornament software", software that only sells because of the name, not the quality, I was amazed at Elsinore's product and business philosophy. Congratulate everyone there on a fine product built around wonderful customer support. If only those other companies would follow that same, simple strategy, maybe users would have a much richer computing experience."

Crescent Software Introduces Visual Intercept to the Compliance Community

Crescent Software Group President, Jeff Chancellor, introduced Visual Intercept to the compliance community at the CSHEMA (College Safety Health Environmental Management Association) convention in Nashville, Tennessee, July 12-16th. He presented an integrated solution of Crescent Software’s Instrument Suite and Visual Intercept Web for use in end-to-end compliance management.

The Instrument Suite enables users in various industries to convert paper checklists to electronic checklists and can capture the data generated through those checklists to a central repository. Also, the users can create business rules for the data collection process through an easy to use interface that eliminates the need for programming. All of the storage technology is xml based, which permits field representatives to upload collected data on the tablet PC’s or almost any other hardware device.

Visual Intercept enhances the power of Instrument Suite by allowing users to manage compliance issues. The integrated solution provides for seamless collection of process audit issues, as Visual Intercept issues are automatically generated from compliance issues that match up with rules defined by Instrument Suite. Users manage these issues to completion using Visual Intercept. The historical information on how the issue was resolved can then be incorporated into compliance disclosure reports.

Elsinore To Participate In New Microsoft Visual Studio Industry Partner Program

Microsoft has just announced that the Visual Studio .NET Integration Program (VSIP) has been enhanced to become the Visual Studio Industry Partner (VSIP) program. The program will continue to provide Microsoft partners with resources for developing, deploying, and marketing solutions integrated with Visual Studio, but with some significant enhancements to the program's structure and benefits. Elsinore will be participating in the program, and is enthusiastic about the benefits this new program will have for its products and customers.

"Microsoft is pleased to be offering these expanded marketing and technology benefits to its industry partners,” said Susanne Peterson, director for the Developer and Platform Evangelism Division at Microsoft Corp. “Our mutual customers will continue to benefit from the integration of Elsinore’s products with Visual Studio .NET 2003."

Elsinore on Target for Second Quarter

Elsinore is pleased to report that our earnings for the second quarter of 2003 exceeded expectations. Corporate profits accounted for 5.4% of revenue for the second quarter and kept us on target with our annual projections.

"We are cautiously optimistic about our performance in 2003, primarily due to an improving but still unstable economic environment," said Ray Allen, CEO of Elsinore Technologies. Allen added, “Elsinore continues to enjoy a significant market share advantage in software defect tracking, while sales to other markets, such as project and regulatory compliance process management, have continued to be an area of interest."

The Visual Intercept 3.5 service upgrade and the development of a completely new framework that will provide Elsinore with the tools needed to more quickly develop and deploy multiple customizable enterprise issue management solutions from a single platform are expected to drive dramatic revenue growth in the latter part of 2003 and beyond.

Tech Tip: Using Visual Intercept’s Mass-Update Capability

One of Visual Intercept’s more powerful capabilities is the mass update feature. This functionality allows you to modify the attributes of multiple items with a single action. However, some users are unaware of this feature and the number of ways in which it can be helpful. This month’s tech tip provides an overview of the ways you can use mass update to streamline repetitive, time consuming, tasks and be more productive.
