We are particularly pleased that our goals for the feature set, the delivery date, and the quality of the new product were met and exceeded. This achievement was aided, in no small part, by our beta testers, who provided excellent feedback on the feature set and reported defects not detected in our QA environments. Web-Based Training
In addition to on-site consulting and training, Elsinore Technologies now offers consulting and training via WebEx sessions. These on-line sessions are ideal for organizations that don't require the scope of an on-site visit.
Consulting sessions will be conducted one-on-one with each organization based on a customer-driven agenda. Training can take the form of either tailored one-on-one sessions or part of a general training session with groups of approximately five participants. The initial set of topics will include: Visual Intercept Notifications, Status Promotion and Workflow Rules, Working in the Visual Intercept Manager, and Visual Intercept Web.

Could You Use A Part-Time Administrator?
It has come to our attention recently that a number of our customers are running our system on auto-pilot. That is, that over the years of using our system, their regular system administrator has moved on and not been replaced. Although the system runs fine in that mode, chances are it could use a little care and feeding without justifying a full time resource. As a result of recent demand, Elsinore is now in a position to assist in these duties on an as-needed basis. Our rate for this service is $150/hour for work that can be done directly through our GUI, such as notification and status promotion rules, and $200/hour for work outside of our GUI, such as VBA and ASP customizations. Alternatively, work can be pre-purchased at discounted rates of $100/hour and $150/hour to be used at your discretion.

Tech Tip: Using Visual Intercept Web Relay for Customer Feedback If you need to allow your users and customers to register incidents but do not want to set up individual logins, you should establish a Visual Intercept Web Relay site using the Quiet Logon option. Quiet Logon automatically logs all users on to the site under one Visual Intercept User ID but captures each individual's contact information and relates it to each incident that person registers.
