Training
Because it is an intuitive tool, most of our customers successfully deploy and begin using Visual Intercept with no training. However, many customers believe quality training streamlines deployment, ensures organizational commitment, shortens adoption time and significantly reduces total cost of ownership. To serve those customers' needs, Elsinore offers training specifically tailored to each customer's organization. For customers who want to jump-start their deployment and use of Visual Intercept, Elsinore offers both administrative and user training courses.

Integration to SalesLogix and MapPoint Through Peritum Consulting
Elsinore Technologies welcomes Peritum Consulting to our growing list of partners. Peritum's principals bring decades of experience in technology consulting with emphasis in CRM. Through their efforts using our SDK, we now have successfully integrated Visual Intercept to the SalesLogix customer support system for companies who recognize the need for a more robust defect tracking system for the portion of support calls that are related to software defects. Additionally, by integrating Visual Intercept to Microsoft's MapPoint, we can now address geographically relevant enterprise issues such as facility and cyber security.

Tech Tip: Using Incident Indicators with Visual Intercept Project
When managing a plan using Visual Intercept Project it can be helpful to have a visual indication that a task or summary task has a related Incident. This month's techtip describes how to configure you plan to display an icon in the Gantt chart when a task has been related to an Incident in your Visual Intercept database.
