What our customers are saying...

"Visual Intercept allows State National the flexibility to automate workflows for both software and non-software specific projects. The ability to use a web-based tool to streamline routing, email notification capability, cross-link incidents and track history will significantly reduce or eliminate paper distribution. While developing a similar system in-house could have been done, it would have been at a significantly higher cost and longer implementation period."

Elsinore Plans for Microsoft Visual Studio "Whidbey"

Elsinore is pleased to announce integration plans with the upcoming version of Microsoft Visual Studio "Whidbey". As a longtime member of the Visual Studio Industry Partner (VSIP) program, Elsinore has been building products integrated with Microsoft development tools since 1996. Elsinore's Enterprise Issue Management System integrates into Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. This integration enables a development team working in Visual Studio .NET to access software development issues directly within the development environment, and track source code changes against issues using Visual SourceSafe over the internet. These integrations help even geographically dispersed development teams increase productivity and improve the documentation of their work.

"Microsoft is pleased Elsinore will support Visual Studio 'Whidbey'," said Prashant Sridharan, senior product manager in the Developer and Platform Evangelism Division at Microsoft Corp. "Elsinore's solution enables our mutual customers to effectively manage issues throughout the development life-cycle."

Leveraging Visual Intercept Web Relay

Do you ever wish your customers could log their issues, defects, or feature enhancements directly into your Visual Intercept tracking system?

Would it be beneficial to allow your customers to check the status of their issues at their convenience?

Would you like to integrate your partners and consultants into your incident management process?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should consider closing the loop by adding Visual Intercept Web Relay to your Visual Intercept Enterprise investment.

Visual Intercept Web Relay allows for users to log on through a web portal and enter issues or feature enhancements into Visual Intercept. As these items move through the work flow, they may receive e-mail notifications informing them of progress that has been made. At any time, Web Relay users can log in to check the status of issues they have reported, or add additional information such as descriptions, specifications and screenshots. Web Relay is competitively priced and licensed for rollout to groups of any size.

Currently we are running a promotion for both new and existing customers that are not using Web Relay or for customers who may want to upgrade from Web Relay Silver to Web Relay Gold.
