IssueNet Central provides a No Touch deployment package to allow users to launch the rich client interface from a URL without running an installation package. This month’s Tech Tip describes how to pre-configure connections for IssueNet Central users.
Pre-configuring connections for IssueNet central will allow users to begin using IssueNet immediately without first having to configure a connection.
- Open the IssueNet Client or IssueNet administrator and configure the connection you want to make available to users via IssueNet Central

Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Elsinore Technologies and copy the following files:
- Servers.xml
- Datasources.xml
- Connections.xml
- On the machine hosting the IssueNet Central site add the files copied in step 2 to the IssueNet Assemblies directory: C:\Program Files\Elsinore Technologies\IssueNet\Assemblies
After the files have been added to the Assemblies directory the connections will be automatically downloaded when users access the IssueNet site.
