New Customer Implementation Webinars

Elsinore now offers two new customer implementation Webinars for free each month. The first supports the installation of Visual Intercept, while the second answers questions on how best to implement your organization’s issue management process through Visual Intercept.

Installing and Deploying Visual Intercept

This Webinar consists of a one-and-a-half-hour session conducted via WebEx. It covers the installation and deployment of Visual Intercept products in a multi-user environment. Topics include: basic installation options, creating the Visual Intercept database, using NetSetup, options for configuring Visual Intercept Web within Internet Information Server, upgrading from previous versions of Visual Intercept and backup and maintenance procedures.

Configuring Visual Intercept

This course consists of a one-and-a-half-hour session conducted via WebEx. It is designed to help new users configure Visual Intercept to better implement and reflect their business processes. The topics for this session include: creating a Visual Intercept Project hierarchy, setting up document parameter values, creating status promotion rules, setting up security groups and assigning security privileges and defining e-mail notification schedules.
