Daniel Soper Joins as President and Chief Operating Officer

Raleigh, North Carolina - September 5, 2001 - Elsinore Technologies, Inc. a leading provider of incident management solutions for Microsoft tools users, today announced Daniel Soper, formerly of Axios Data Analysis Systems Corporation, has joined the company as president and chief operating officer (COO). Soper brings over 20 years of experience to Elsinore. In this role, Soper is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of Elsinore. Soper also is a member of the board of directors, its executive committee and serves as the secretary/treasurer.

Elsinore is headquartered in Raleigh, NC and is a software company providing complete incident management solutions for the enterprise. Prior to joining Elsinore, Soper was the president of Axios Data Analysis Systems Corporation an application service provider based in Monterey, CA. While at Axios, Soper grew revenues to approximately $3M after two years of development work. He was also instrumental in raising venture funding for this newly created company. Before joining Axios, Soper was the president and CEO of Newtonian Software, Inc. located in Raleigh, NC. Soper brought Newtonian, previously a project consulting company, a strategic focus in the sales force automation arena. Newtonian's product Sales Mechanix became one of the leading sales configurator products in the industry. Newtonian was sold to Clarify, Inc. a subsidiary of Nortel Networks in 1999.
