Research Triangle Park, NC (July 17, 2002) – Microsoft Project 2002 BVC finalists Elsinore Technologies, Inc., an enterprise issue management software company, and Project Assistants, Inc., a provider of project management infrastructure solutions, have partnered to provide tightly integrated, Microsoft-centric project management software and consulting services solutions.

The two companies are currently implementing a Microsoft Project 2002 solution at iN DEMAND Pay-per-view, the nation’s largest provider of content delivered in pay-per-view and video-on-demand programming formats. To address their project management software needs for traditional help desk, hardware help desk and software development applications, iN DEMAND is deploying Elsinore Technologies’ Visual Intercept issue management software in conjunction with Visual Intercept Project.
“Microsoft Project creates a framework around Visual Intercept that emulates the corporate or executive planner direction,” Elsinore’s Goldfinger explained. “Our system manages unplanned issues at the task level in the same way that Microsoft Project manages the known events of bringing a project to fruition.”
