James Goldfinger Appointed Vice President of Business Development

Raleigh, North Carolina - November 27, 2001 - Elsinore Technologies, Inc. a leading provider of incident management solutions for Microsoft tools users, today announced James Goldfinger as vice president of business development. Goldfinger brings nearly 20 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Elsinore. Goldfinger will help grow Elsinore's business development programs, building on existing and new partnerships as well as continuing to develop new customer relationships.

Prior to joining Elsinore, Goldfinger was the senior vice president and general manager of the Customer Value Management (CVM) business unit at Xchange. Prior to Xchange, Goldfinger was the vice president of CRM Strategy for Peoplesoft.
