Visual Intercept 3.5.2 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce the release of Visual Intercept 3.5.2. This release offers several compelling new features as well as minor fixes and customer change requests. These new features include new e-mail notification templates that allow users to generate uniquely formatted notifications based on incident status, incident cloning, enhanced mass-update capability for previously unavailable fields, and new date display options for clients. You may review new features and release notes describing all of the fixes addressed in Visual Intercept 3.5.2 in the readme.html.

As always, this service release is available free of charge to all Elsinore customers current on their support and maintenance agreements. Customers with current support and maintenance agreements may download this service release by visiting our Product Updates section.

Elsinore Offers Site License Option

To satisfy customer demand for more convenient licensing alternatives, Elsinore is now offering the option of a “Site License”. Customers taking advantage of this option will be able to eliminate the work associated with compliance monitoring and will be able to more easily budget for future Visual Intercept use.

Under the current licensing model, some customers have not been able to take full advantage of Visual Intercept. With a site license, you will be able to extend Visual Intercept to other departments within your organization that would benefit from the Visual Intercept Issue Management System.

Customers who take advantage of a site license will be given a flat rate for Support and Maintenance with a maximum percentage increase for subsequent years. By selecting the site license option, you will be able to budget for Visual Intercept for several years out with no surprises.

CM Crossroads Announces Partnership with Elsinore

CM Crossroads, the world's largest online community dedicated to configuration management recently announced a partnership with Elsinore to host online discussion forums for users of Elsinore’s Visual Intercept Enterprise Issue Management System. Examples of forum topics include ways for VI users to share their customizations, best practice suggestions, and the many uses for automated issue management.
