Sign Up for the Visual Intercept 4.0 Webinar Series

Elsinore Technologies is currently working on a major release of Visual Intercept based on its new issue management platform - the Elsinore Methodology Management Framework. This new version of Visual Intercept will be released in 2005, and represents the most significant Visual Intercept release since version 1.0 in 1996.

As we work on the release we would like to begin introducing the major new features of the system to our customers. In addition to providing a preview of the future direction of Visual Intercept, we want to give our customers the opportunity to provide some early feedback on specific features.

The major features of Visual Intercept 4.0 will include object-oriented database extensibility; a new workflow engine; drag and drop form and report designers; actions, conditions, and triggers for workflow based automation and notification; a .NET web services architecture; a new issue and task based data model; and enhanced notification and escalation services.

Since it is not possible to cover such a wide variety of features in a single session, Elsinore will be conducting a series of webinars on the new product. Each webinar will be a demonstration focused on a specific feature and will last approximately 30 minutes.

In order to attend the webinars you will need to sign up in advance. The webinars are open to all customers with current support and maintenance. The first in the series of webinars will be announced in next month’s newsletter and will be scheduled for mid November. Based on demand, space may be limited. To sign up now send an e-mail with your request to Sara Gerber at . If you have any questions about the webinar series, contact John Lockhart at .
