In this presentation, John Lockhart, Product Manager of Elsinore Technologies will discuss how quality assurance teams can benefit from the adoption of an enterprise issue management system. Most quality assurance teams use tools track defects only within the context of their testing process. However, this approach can isolate the quality assurance team from development, management, and the larger user community.

We’ll take a look at how an enterprise issue management system can provide an end to end closed loop system that enhances communication, reduces duplication and re-work, and prevents issues from falling through the cracks. During the presentation we will use Elsinore’s Visual Intercept Issue Management System to look at concrete examples of how to use software tools to implement enterprise issue management.
