Additional Visual Intercept Reports Provide Information Any Way You Want ItElsinore Technologies is pleased to announce that 28 additional report formats are now available for download. Using incidents or other Visual Intercept documents, these reports generate information from your Visual Intercept application in formats designed for particular types of tasks and users. New report formats include source code control manifests, incident metrics and signoff sheets.

You Asked, We Delivered: Time-Based EscalationsMany of our customers have broadened their use of Visual Intercept beyond standard software defect tracking to areas such as customer support and help desk. A number of these users have asked for a mechanism that can accommodate a time-based escalation model in addition to the event-based model that has always been a core component of Visual Intercept.
