The IssueNet Relay Assistant is a component of the IssueNet platform that simplifies the creation and configuration of IssueNet Relay web sites. The IssueNet Relay Assistant binds a specific web site to a database connection and solution. Once the web site is configured the IssueNet administrator can logon to the site and configure site specific settings through the Administration section.

Before using the IssueNet Relay Assistant to create or manage an IssueNet Relay site you will need to have already created an IssueNet solution database that can be accessed from the web server where IssueNet Relay was installed. Creating an IssueNet solution database is performed through the IssueNet Administrator component.
To use the IssueNet Relay Assistant;
- Open the IssueNet Relay Assistant from the Elsinore Program Group
- Click the Next button to step to the IssueNet Relay Web Site page.
- Select the web site IssueNet Relay was installed to.
- Select the web application to configure. Enter a new web application name if you wish to create a new site.
- Select the Configure, Create, or Delete option to perform.
- If you choose to delete a site the IssueNet Relay Assistant will skip to step 9.
- Click the Next button to step to the IssueNet Relay Connection page.
- Select an existing IssueNet connection or click the Create button to create a new connection.
- Select a solution if not specified.
- To see extended information about the solution specified, click the Details... button and logon to the IssueNet Solution.
- Click the Next button to step to the Configure IssueNet Relay page.
- Select the Open Relay option if you wish to open the Relay web site after the IssueNet Relay Assistant is finished.
